you've probably got some of the worlds largest oilers going through Nido's extensive data.
for them rather than paying a premium for farm-in, perhaps cheaper if they just buy Nido outright. keep the assets they need then flog the others off..
if any offer wasn't in the ball park, i'm sure the directors would suggest shareholders reject offer.
we live in very dangerous times with current market cap.
