Fodder, completely understand your frustration. It seems to come down to reading into ambiguous statements from the company
"The Board of Jupiter Mines Limited wishes to inform the market that it is continuing discussions with Wuhan Giant.. ..However, the company is currently considering other opportunities which may potentially enhance Jupiter’s long term iron ore projects."
To me the "considering" comes across as more likely than the Wuhan discussions.
