Hi Joe and all holders of NSL,

Well yes it was a good announcement, but clearly this is a case of the boy who cried wolf as far as the market is concerned.

NSL has signed HOA`s before with different companies and they have fallen through. Until this is confirmed and signed off on with money in the bank, the market won`t take much notice, yet.

I still think NSL will be a winner in the long run, but it will take results to convince nervous and twice bitten investors to put their money into this company now. They must demonstrate that they can achieve a saleable product and make a good profit doing it. Until these results are forth coming the shareprice will continue to languish.

I still think and hope that when a turn around does happen, it will be noticed favourably by the market and we will all be happy investors. IF things go to plan, this company has a very bright future, so come on Cedric, make 2013 the year that pays big dividends for us all
