As for the JV these things are incredibly complicated to negotiate, they take time and in very large corporations there are information cascades through multiple teams which have to occur. CRH has to deal with investor releases, internal and external coms releases, even getting the branding right is important. There are internal and external contracts that need to be negotiated, hiring, financial processes and instruments, offtake agreements with builders, even just getting the board presentations spot on takes time. The list is exhaustive. This isn’t just a signature.
But in the end, FBR wouldn’t be hiring new positions in America for operators and engineers if America wasn’t a viable market.
