PS - I thought I came across a gearing figure of 46.6% in a recent release with a 55% covenant.
This is on my watchlist, but I note that it hasn't shown the high volume distressed selling seen elsewhere over the last two weeks. Dont know if that is good or bad at this stage.
So many distressed property assets at the moment, and it looks like the infrastructure assets are starting to join them.
