Already signed and the terms are fair... Which is important cause usually the little guy gets trampled . So as ive said countless times, mgmt had taken a gamble late last year and rejected offers untill their gun
Was loaded with more amunition... Once the terms of licensing became more favourable and we went from 2 wells to 1 with a 6 month extention (which would have been the probelmatic theme potential jv would have been giving them whilst in discussion) they then had the right mix to be able to say "no excuses now, fair deals only please"

So lets all be honest here, IF this is a jv deal, what have management failed in doing?

Whilst programing seychelles, they acquired acerage with exposure to the drill currently taking place by shell at palta...we have paid not a cent yet if there is a find implications are massive and if ts a duster it means we have carried $0 commitment into it so ...WIN-WIN

La bella, which im starting to think is the most solid strategic holding we have, not to mention the fact that we OUTBID the majors and have set ourselves in a prime locAtion to capitalis on the current shortage of gas...weve already had people mAke offers to farm in with us not doin any real work (then) towRds the development of that project....

So Again be fair here, its not like mgmt kicked back and only focused all our eggs into one basket....they said they will move to aquire world class assets and they did (when you dyor its easy to see that every play we have is not like other asx listeds where its just some random piece of land)

They said they would deliever a jv by end of Q1 2013 CY and it looks like they have

So hate them or love them, they have been hard it from the begining and have remained true to ever promis they have made

Just going to have to wait for final confirmation in less than 48 - 72 hours
