Once the JV is announced am i correct in assuming that:

1. the names of the NKP farms relating to the JV will be disclosed?

2. the JV partner will provide an indication of the value it sees in the participating farms?

3. market analysts will provide an updated valuation of NKP potential sp going forward?

4. the JV partner due to its prominent position in platinum mining will give credence to NKP future potential?

5. the option will be in the money within a week or two?
