    I too am a long time unhappy holder of CTO. But on this occasion there may be merit, so I agree with Jayson42. This JV seems to be another party putting up the cash to do the exploration, and with success there is a 50:50 profit share with CTO. The old timers found plenty of gold at Charters Towers, so maybe there is plenty more......who knows?

    Maybe a big open pit mine, and how hard would that be to mine - just dig a big hole.
