After going back and rereading the announcements regarding JV , it is clear KNL is running the show whether it wants to go ahead if JV or not , after visiting sites and checking out machinery and grades its up to KNL to go ahead, not Richard or STAMICO.
If there was a major issue likes of disagreement or no go we would have been told going by managements credibility.
Few days delay here and there is not a mjor issue till we are told.
In my books deal done and just waiting on confirmation.
