"That may be a presumption too far
As the statement reads the ACM contract terminated and was not renewed.
Instead Bynecut got the job.
Sandfire announced a 10% reduction in costs in so doing.
It looks to me like Byrncut undercut ACM.
I see no connection between this event and IDC's claim it will start mining the adit at Mt Kare.
We have no announcement of any fund raising yet.
Its only my opinion but..........
Assume another month to raise funds, if thats the outcome.
A further month for ACM to mobilise.
Another 3 months to complete the adit.
Another 3-4 months for a drill out and assay.
Another 2 months to model and complete a reserve statment.
Another 3 months for a BFS.
This would take between 13 and 15 months, to the middle of 2015 before the company would be ready, realistically, to apply for a mining tenement.
Another 3-5 months for grant of ML, compeletion of all permissions and MOU's with the LO's State and the company.
6 months to build and commission the plant.
This takes us out to some where near 22 months from this time.
So, no matter what SP claims, and we have to be realistic and not succumb to the spin of the CEO, there wont be any production at Mt Kare until mid way through 2016.
If ACM is leaving Sandfire for Mt Kare the ACM guys are going to be sitting around for most of the next 2 years."
