The delay JV talks have put on drilling I'm sure is one reason for the share price decline. If the JV ends up going ahead before drilling I'd be concerned about how much IDC will give away. The potential partner will be wanting to buy in at a premium before the adit drilling results are known. Once they are known and if they're good it would put IDC in a much better position to negotiate a better deal. Add in a bit of end of financial year loss selling. No news on where the negotiations are at, or when they may be completed and hey presto we have a share price in free fall.
