Last time I checked Consort still had 50% of Puntland.
Also Range havent given them there shares OR money yet. So the deal isnt complete, hence the lack of a red exclamation mark.

As far as the price matters, well we are not silly we know whats going on. Once consort is done then range will have completed the deal.

Then the price would move as the deal would be done? I hope anyway.
