I take yesterdays announcement of the resignation of Dr Peter Blood (financial restructuring expert) from the board, as confirmation of my previous post that the JV is off and CTO have decided to go the path of self funded development. This is not nearly as sexy as a joint venture where you get all the money in one big hit, but far better for the shareholders who want to sit and watch the company grow its assets.
