    JV or Acquisition ,
    It seems most JV in China have the Chinese in the drivers position as you would possibly expect to drive the commercial opportunity home. Try making any appointments in China with out prior contacts or with out true skin in the game.
    Does anyone else see this as an opportunity for the Chinese to really increase their position?
