I have read the recent annoucement about Talisman proposing to pull out of the upcoming drill.
I have read the announcement several times and find it "very loose" and hard to interpret.
Can anyone advise will the drill definately proceed in the second quarter regardless of if it is 100% NGE or a JV? Or are they saying there is a possibility that the drill may be postponed or even not proceed?
Secondly have NGE got the money to drill it 100%?
