Wow great announcement, this is a staged process, I know it. No company will just throw money at a small stock without revenue and $5mill straight up is fantastic. Imagine what you need to go through to get a loan, credit card, etc, therefore imagine the great difficulty RM had to go through to secure this. Its a tough market out there and lending has dried up.

All the fundamentals are right, therefore, price will follow.
