    Clearly, to be in today's print issue the article was written yesterday, Sunday or earlier.

    When I read the article early this morning, I got the impression that 'tomorrow' was today, Monday, being the day after Sunday. Clear as mud.

    I do not expect an announcement tomorrow, unless the parties are trying to synchronize the time difference of two countries in order to name the two JV parties on the same date.
