I was wondering the same thing blurrt. Maybe the farminee signed it at their Board meeting on friday night our time and sent it by express post?
Then it should arrive here today or tomorrow with an announcement quickly following. Just a guess.
Or maybe one of their representatives flew here yesterday and signing will take place today...
