    There is nothing to sugegst that ROG is going to raise capital,

    The ann simply askes for a trading halt.

    It may well be that there has been an agreement with CTP to no longer be part of the JV and let CTP and BG move forward together.

    Without any information both are pure speculation based on no evidnce.
