As FAR have already announced what they expect for %15 farm-in i.e refund of siesmic costs and free carry on at least one well,the thing that will get the applicant the job will be rig availability and a timely drilling schedule.We've been told there is plenty of interest.This will probably be announced with the farm-in deal
