Hartley's have indicated the JV partner will be announced in the first quarter so as the time gets closer to the end there will be further increases. It is just human nature. Greed forces the price up when we don't want to miss out so we buy at the lowest sell price or above rather then wait for somebody to sell at a lower price.

Fear pushes the price down when people feel there is real risk of other shareholders selling at less the lowest sell price.

As the opportunity comes closer greed kicks in. If this had of been before FAR had 90% ownership this share price would be around 2c. Because FAR have such a big opportunity it is sticking above 5 and will increase as the announcement gets closer.

Once the announcement comes on board, further assessments on just how high the share price will go will be easier to quantify.
