EPA fined AADC before too. There were other inbestigations related to the good old Medicare chronic disease scheme rort(not sure about any legal proceedings but many dentists did the rort ofcourse). A simple google search will tell you that and importantantly Mike &co didn't even bother with that before going ahead. Dental van is another attempt at rorting the CDBS scheme and a publically listed company shouldn't go anywhere near that IMO.
