I assumed 5 fitted trailers would cost 7mil used.

Truck is separate, its a generic mover no branding or dental specific fit-out, just a hauler - possibly a contractor? Or one truck spread between 5 trailers.

I wouldn't expect Smiles to purchase the hauler unless it made financial sense ie cheaper than contracting the service out.
