Whilst we await news of an expected JORC upgrade and details of how the company is intending to start producing graphite again, it might imho be worth considering that there could be several JV partners each looking to take a stake in a world class resource.
It may well be that the JORC although not official is in fact known and being used in the calc's by the parties.
To my mind this would explain why JV and JORC are slow in arriving, as well as the North American offer still just hanging.
It would be quite advantageous for several entities to spread the CAPEX and of course come up with some cash for SER. After all , they are buying into an asset with a market value in excess of $1 Billion !!!
