Is there still any third parties interested out there,or has there been any other interest except Anglo/Xstrata?
With such a valuable asset somelse would have to interested.
Maybe no one else can be bothered with the legals,if Anglo didnt get there way,they could possibly tie it up in court,until they got what they wanted,they seem to have a finger i every pie over there.
Good to see it heading up into the green lets hope it can hold some gains.
