    Hi Guys,

    In the June querter activities report the company announced it expected binding offers late August. Now they say mid-September with a successful partner announced in October. Any ideas why the date changed? Perhaps the downward shift in overall market over the last week has changed the dynamics of the negotiations?

    Just thinking out loud here.
