    I'm pretty sure the options below have another piggy back option attached. therefore add another 662,000,000 option
    PDY fully diluted actually could be over 3 billion shares..

    Unlisted Options - 662,000,000 (ex price 1c) $6,620,000

    Read FEL's statement in PDY announcements for the reason FEL gave for pulling out of the takeover.
