Makes you wonder how they started drilling when supposedly every claimant group was on board. Then out of the blue its an issue again and unfortunately not a small issue as a claim has been lodged which to me (not that that means much) shows that negotiations prior to the claim lodgment have been unsuccessful and therefore the claimants are playing hardball for the rights. Maybe they've spoken to some opportunistic resource rights lawyers..!

Disclosure : I'm thinking about buying back into ARE. As it has been said recently by others, with the cash on hand, low no of shares on issue , multiple developments and a management who seems at least to me to be practical and methodological in their approach. The downside is minimal at this point if you have some patience.
