The macro environment does keep changing significantly but it seems to appear BSX is not experienced enough to read signals. Signals from Ecopro when they first began selling stock but remained on the Board whilst building their partnership and operations with GEM in Indonesia, signals that the Australian nickel industry was approaching trouble in December and might be a suitable source of feed which resulted in an ill-fated attempt to raise $100m to buy a Canadian mine at 7c and now it appears BSX is having difficulty reading signals from Government around what level of assistance they may be prepared to provide, both diplomatic and likely finance as well.
