Yellow Pallet BV has been incorporated in Holland with
Papyrus Australia holding 50% of the equity through a
wholly-owned subsidiary, PPYEu Pty Ltd. Yellow Pallet has
been funded jointly by Papyrus Australia and our Dutch
partners to enable a pallet-making feasibility study to be
undertaken
A joint venture established in 2012, to produce transport pallets out of Banana Fibre. Has there been any real benefit to Papyrus Australia and more importantly, it's shareholders seen from the 50% Ownership?
Did any orders or licensing agreements eventuate? It had a 1 line mention in the 2021 annual report, under Interest in Controlled Entities and Joint Ventures , but absolutely nothing in 2022 annual report. Where did the 50% Ownership interest go, and why is there no discussion in the annual report(s)?
The website for this Joint Venture shows it ticking along quite nicely, now exporting to USA.
