    Probably a smart move by EzyDVD as it is effectively a takeover without the premium. They get a listed entity and get to pay for it over 3 years & only if it improves. Huge dillution for existing shareholders, but for them something may be better than nothing which I suspect was the alternative for Ankara to have given have the company away.
