JV with MCS

I think that last ann was very positive, and we will see a great 2019 ( after a difficult 2018 regaring the SP )

For me the confirmation of below is the most important part of the last ann.

MCS and Lepidico are well advanced in agreeing commercial terms and under certain circumstances it is envisaged that these terms will convert to a joint venture arrangement. The final arrangements including commercial terms are subject to Board approval by Lepidico and MCS.

This confirms again that both parties looking for a JV, after the confirmation of Joe recently by mail.

I would be perfect if MCS brings in the cash, Lepedico the know how and then if the P1 is running split the profits between the 2 companies.
This should protect Lepedico for new share placements ( dilution ) and brings the company cash flow to make new arrangements like this kind elsewhere in the world.
