For those of us who hold South32 and are looking for a bit of excitement have a look at TSX listed Sable Resources. South32 agreed a farm-in deal with Sable on their porphyry exploration projects in Argentina in Jan 2021. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/sable-and-south32-sign-earn-in-agreement-to-jointly-explore-the-don-julio-project-in-san-juan-argentina-835937719.html Drilling has just commenced at 3 porphyry targets, with many more targets in the pipeline. Sable is trying to replicate Filo Mining (TSE: FIL), market cap $1.6bn. Geology looks very similar. A major discovery at Sable could materially move the S32 share price and give them a new project in South America to market to investors. Anyway worth a punt IMHO for S32 shareholders feeling brave!
