    I dont see recent actions as a bad sign, Cap raising to sophisticated investors is not bad i have seen many companies go through this just to come out stronger. I guess through dilutions of sp and increase in the share base than i guess the board may seek to consolidate shares maybe on a 5:1 or a 10:1 who knows.

    So maybe insiders are just accumalating at present?
