The alloment at 1.4 should be put in context
Buying shares in MHL is a speculative investment
This may change as the company matures
The sp has risen from 1.8/2 up to 2.6 on speculation, it has not risen on ONE bit of FACT.
Rampers on this site (including one poster who thinks he has a link with higher powers) have probably contributed to the increase in the sp.
The allotment at 1.4c was based on a 23% discount to 1.8c
I dont think that is unreasonable in todays environment.
I would rather have shares in a company with $lm cash in the Bank than one with nothing in the bank.
Ask yourself if you would of subscribed for shares at 1.4c if you thought the company had no future.
Any one who invests in 29m shares in MHL at a cost of over $600,000 is either a fool or a VERY LARGE investor or someone with information the rest of us dont.
For the record i brought in at 1.7 about 18mths ago, and sold half my holdings to some fool at 6c. Have recently brought in again at 2c and will be looking out for another fool to sellout to.
THIS IS A SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT until the company matures.
