It doesn't seem like a bad deal in my humble opinion, especially seeing that Energizer are responsible for the upkeep of the mine.
I'd love to hear from those more experienced than myself to comment on the whole thing.
The last few announcements seem to have always played on the vanadium and the close proximity to Energizer so think this has been going on for a while.
On a slight sidenote:
I've been watching the market depth since the announcement and it looks like there are some parties which are trying to entice buyers up, with orders being placed and later pulled in the 3's, and some buyers trying to shake the tree to see if anyone will sell, currently the two sides seem to be at a bit of a stalemate with only 3 trades so far!
