I think Ady will be happy to see the back of Global as they've shown complete disregard and lack of interest in the future business operations of Ady.

I think the main player in the J.V wants debt erradicated before they step-in...and in the meantime will pick up some nicely priced stock at 1.4. I believe Ady will be unfolding events and ann. to the advantage of the interested party and loyal shareholders.(global will be gone if and when JV announced)

I think you will have to wait until December.

As far as the S.P, with only 1-4 offered in rights issue, JV looming, as well as no debt, and a management team with some integrity, you wont pick up any orders at 1.5 or even 1.6 for that matter in my opinion.

I will be topping up over the next week or so to maximise the number of instant profit shares I can pick up at 1.4.
