alsow worth noting as of July 2011 discussion is over one or more of its farms


i think negotiation over AUD 600mln does take time , especially if JV partener needs to see optimized cost study( if to put AUD1.1bln or AUD600mln)

i go by change of language , work FINALIZING is critical here;
