I imagine they left him to his own devices and provided no direction. They based no-one over in Europe to help bed down the purchase.
All while they were congratulating themselves on finally pulling off an over-priced 'acquisition'.
Hurrell also has a lot to answer for at the AGM as it appears he had a conflict of interest with Ferghana, the mob who oversaw it all.
