Agree with all of this bar the over-priced acquisition. The purchase price was actually very good, as it was based on under-estimated DIAsource revenues. This was due to Siemens and other major VitD players getting out of the antiquated RIA testing that still held a large portion of the market resulting in DIASource capturing a portion of their previous customer market.
What would be a more accurate statement, imho, would be '..congratulating themselves on finally pulling off an acquisition they couldn't afford.'
