I'm really liking ELS and have begun topping up at these levels. Based on interviews with the MD and my interactions with him via emails/calls - they are on the verge of locking in very big contracts and potential JV's. They are also well positioned to take advantage of the uptake in EV's and are speaking to big players in the space. Lastly, it's important to note that they have multiple relationships/customers from state owned agencies which are historically very sticky revenue streams. Upwards from here, I'm bullish!
