KOLO, As far as I am aware Range and Canmex are in a similar state as when you buy a house. Canmex has signed to say yes I'll do the deal, however it is pending Canadan Government approval, which from my understanding is contractual rhetoric. The final part of the deal is handing over the keys, which is a little over a $3 Million hand shake, which Canmex would raise in the next "2 weeks"... and that was two weeks ago from this Friday. As gleaned from another post, it is suggested next week for the JV announcement , which does fit into the Canmex time frame to close the deal. I would not worry about the options too much, as the heads with luck will be in the money by October.
