Here is some background info I found on Mr Wall... So you can judge for yourself.. To me it looks like he has been involved in some successful companies and some not so successful... IMO I think it always comes down to quality of the ore grade....

Mr. James Arthur Wall, Jim, B.E. (Civil), FAusIMM served as Managing Director of Nicron Resources Limited during in 1980's. Mr. Wall has 30 years experience in the mining industry. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Wall served as Managing Director of Savage Resources Limited. Mr. Wall has distinguished career Spanning 30 years both as a Mining Engineer and Senior Management Positions. In late 1997, Mr. Wall became Managing Director of Mt Lyell Mining Company Limited as a condition of a major restructuring by Citibank when it injected new capital into that company. Since 1997, he has conducted a mining consultancy service specializing in reconstruction, finance and mining feasibilities, cost reductions, product optimization and negotiations with stakeholders including financiers, governments and employees. He has been Executive Chairman of Kimberley Metals Ltd. since February 29, 2008. Mr. Wall serves as the Chairman of Integra Mining Ltd. Mr. Wall served as Chairman of Metals Exploration Ltd.
