As for Jesus being the first creature, this is also the exact claim of Krishna, Muhammad and Baha'u'llah and very likely others. You read other scripture you get the same stories and beliefs with a cultural twist just to make it more interesting. Nothing unique about any claim made for Jesus, nor His station.

Perhaps the new language was a language of spirit. Christians seem to forget just how few people even knew Jesus existed in His own lifetime, or how slowly Christianity grew.

Had there been literal physical miracles and Disciples who could instantly speak new languages one might have expected Jesus to be known and the religion to have spread quickly.

They learnt to speak a new spiritual truth, not a new language.
