Kam, would it make sense to examine every counterfeit currency you can get your hands on to make sure you don't get duped or does it make more sense to discard anything that differs even slightly from what you know is genuine currency. (1 Thessalonians 5:21) Make sure of all things; hold fast to what is fine.I know the Holy Scriptures are inspired by God. -- 2 Tim 3:16

    Hi MrG,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Are you therefore saying that the God of the Quran is a counterfeit God? If so, how is the God of the Quran different to the God of the Old Testament, let's say?

Yes , I have been to Malaysian Borneo on 2 occasions. Early morning prayers were broadcast over load speakers each morning.

Yes, but do you understand the words of their prayers?

It differs in that there are no set prayers for a JW. There are numerous prayers recorded in the Scriptures, each one offered in a manner appropriate to the occasion rather than being a ritual. The various forms prayers can take are outlined in the following verses.(Philippians 4:6) Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God

Do you not see supplication and thanksgiving in Islamic prayer? Set prayers or not, they are supplicating to God. Did you know that before Muslims pray they ask God "in their own words, quietly in their hearts" without any set form, for what the prayer is dedicated towards and then they say their set prayer. Did you know this?

    Kam
