Yes it appears there are a few getting out of stale positions.
With all the news coming they'll have plenty of opportunities so no stress like we saw in January/February.
Today's announcement was a material step forward - Publisher is a significant data partner with good standing in the music world.
Sliding in the news about the two new paid data APIs probably reflects the negative market reaction they got last time for smaller deals (material transactions must be disclosed).
