At least ESI is consistent, i would say some long termers are not that surprised (although secrectly hoping that they actually can pull this off). i think the term is punch drunk, rope a dope !! no point stressing about it, b/c its been a long 5 years - back to your day/night jobs everybody - for while anyway.
