I have an opinion that the rumper brigade discount wrt ARUP
I still think ARUP have been proactive wrt their contingency offer as opposed to what the downrampers would have us inculcate without reason.
ARUP are a big big Co.
They are not in the business of accepting beggers last gasp pleas.
A 2.5 mil write off would not be uncommon in their line of business ,,, especially considering the years involved.
They have backed ESI from the very start of the DFT.
They also know how to read their own writing I bet
