Interesting it is that a Family concern has taken it over,the essence of all this that I hope that other mills will be taken over by small holding interests,screw the big companies.It was stated earlier a co-operative with tree huggers put their money in it----- needs to be fleshed out,but worthy of consideration,you never know it might catch on back in the dairy industry and tell the big milk monopolies to piss off too
