Wooduk there is a co-operative that is currently quite small but is growing which is in the milk industry and doing just that as I understand it. You have to be a producer or manufacturer of end producer to belong and have a quota that they will take up - I think it sells mostly to the Metcash businesses and independents.

Listened to a radio program on the ABC that was dealing with Permeate and the fact that our milk industry is owned to a large extent by overseas players.
